Until we have discussed the process, PLEASE do not sign a roofer’s contract for your purchase.
We will represent your interests every step of the process and help you potentially save thousands of dollars with minimal (if any) headaches.
Please keep in mind - you may buy 1-2 roofs in your lifetime, while your contractor prepares and practices every day to maximize their profits. Your contractor prepared his contract to benefit his/her company - not you.

How much do you charge for this service?

We do charge a small fee for our basic services, but most of our clients choose to have us heavily involved from start-to-finish of their project. Your investment in our services will prove to be the smartest step you took during what can be a complex and confusing purchase.
Our initial consultation fee is $375 and is fully refundable if we cannot save you at least that amount in negotiated savings, avoided change orders, and Fortified-related costs.
For higher-value projects, we will provide a written quote that details the 25+ topics we will address during the life of your roofing project.
